Qualifications

• Knowledge of Special Education law and practices.
• Experience developing Present Levels of Performance and IEP goals.
• Ability to analyze student data and adjust instruction.
• Strong classroom management and structured teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned to SOLs and IEP goals.
• Differentiate instruction for varied needs.
• Embed communication development and social‑emotional learning.
• Provide data-driven feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, admins, and families.
