Job summary

Health Connect America’s KEYS Academy in Virginia is seeking a licensed Special Education teacher to lead a structured, trauma-informed classroom. You will design instruction aligned to SOLs and each student’s IEP goals, collaborate with staff, and engage families to support at‑risk students in a small-class setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Virginia teaching license in Special Education required (license eligible accepted).
• Endorsement in Emotional Disabilities (ED) required.
• Must maintain licensure and required certifications throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a trauma-informed classroom designed to help students feel safe and ready to learn.
