Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in social work, counseling, criminal justice, or related field required or at least 5 years of experience in related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in HUD housing programs and case management.
• Residential experience preferred.
• Maintain valid Ohio driver's license and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
• Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support the Housing Advocate (HUD) and Family Services Advocate, including interns, through regular supervision and coaching.
• Manage HUD housing program operations, ensuring housing needs are met while maintaining HUD compliance.
• Oversee family programming within shelter, coordinating access to educational supports and childcare.
• Collaborate with shelter leadership to support daily operations and staff coverage.
• Lead program development and evaluation efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and quality metrics.
• Maintain a small caseload providing trauma-informed case management and safety planning.
• Collaborate with community organizations to coordinate comprehensive survivor care.
• Adheres to Service Excellence standards and represents the organization in community activities.
• Complies with agency policies, CARF standards, and relevant laws; perform other duties as assigned.
