Job summary

Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center seeks an Access to Care Manager to coordinate trauma-informed, survivor-centered care for individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence and trafficking.

The role involves managing caseloads, supervising staff, and ensuring timely access to services. Requires a social work degree, Ohio LSW eligibility, and valid driver’s license. Office environment with on-site hours in Akron, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field required.
• Current Ohio LSW or eligibility for Ohio social work licensure required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Must maintain valid Ohio driver’s license and meet driving insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access to Care Programming including case management, advocacy in medical settings, and outreach and training for diverse populations.
• Maintain an individual caseload with intake, goal planning, referrals, emotional support, crisis intervention, and related services.
• Provide direct supervision to staff in a trauma-informed manner.
• Maintain client and program documentation in compliance with agency procedures.
• Assist with program statistics, document creation, and evaluation.
