Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center (H&H) in Akron, OH seeks an Access to Care Manager to oversee trauma-informed case management and survivor-centered access to care for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. You will coordinate services across community resources and guide staff.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, Ohio LSW eligibility, supervisory experience, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; Ohio LSW or licensure eligibility.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience serving trauma, violence, and barriers to safety.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to meet driving insurability.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Access to Care Programming including case management and advocacy.
• Maintains an individual caseload with crisis intervention and referrals.
• Provides direct supervision to staff in a trauma-informed manner.
• Maintains documentation in compliance with agency procedures.
• Assists with program statistics, reports, and evaluation.
• Represent H&H at community meetings per supervisor guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold mission and standards.
