Centerstone seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to work at Wright Middle School. You will provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms and support students at risk of emotional/behavioral issues.

The role includes trainings, collaboration with families, and facilitating IEP-related processes. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent graduate coursework with relevant clinical experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or MH counseling with license eligibility preferred.
• If a related field is used, at least 24 graduate hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral health coursework required.
• Clinical experience through internships or practicum is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms and enhance learning environments.
• Lead at least one in-person training per year for LEA personnel on mental health or substance abuse prevention.
• Support school-wide mental health initiatives and universal prevention strategies.
• Act as liaison between families and schools to foster home–school partnerships and participate in IEP processes when requested.
• Help navigate community behavioral health resources and crisis services for school staff and students.
