Centerstone is seeking a School-based Behavioral Health Liaison in Robertson County, TN to consult with teachers and help create trauma-informed classrooms that support students at risk of emotional/behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include training LEA personnel, developing school-wide mental health initiatives, and aiding in the IEP process.

The role requires a Master’s degree and clinical experience; compensation is $42,315–$46,700 for a 10-month position, with pay spread over 12

Formación

• Master’s degree in a clinical psychology, MH counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• License-eligibility in the respective discipline preferred; or 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or related coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms.
• Deliver at least one in-person training per year to LEA personnel on mental health topics.
• Assist in school-wide mental health initiatives and universal prevention strategies.
• Provide liaison services between school, family, and IEP processes.
• Assist families with IEP and trauma-informed support plans; navigate behavioral health systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for grant/organizational requirements.
• Deliver psychoeducation groups (min 3 annually) and individual/familY therapy when needed.
