Job summary

Centerstone seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to consult with teachers face-to-face, promoting trauma‑informed classrooms and supportive learning environments for at‑risk youth in Lincoln County, TN.

You will train LEA personnel, help develop universal mental health initiatives, and coordinate with families on IEP processes and trauma‑informed plans. Requires a Master’s in relevant field and clinical internship experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the specified fields is required.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline preferred.
• Clinical experience via internships or practicum is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms.
• Deliver at least one face-to-face training per year to school personnel.
• Develop school-wide mental health initiatives and prevention strategies.
• Serve as liaison between school, family, and IEP processes upon request.
• Assist families with trauma-informed support plans and services navigation.
• Maintain documentation and comply with grant and organizational requirements.
