Job summary

Centerstone, a leading nonprofit behavioral health system, seeks a school-based behavioral health liaison to assist teachers in creating trauma-informed environments. You will consult with teachers, provide psycho-educational support, and serve as a communication link between families and schools. A master's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside clinical experience.

The role is located at H.G. Middle School and operates during regular school hours.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree is required in a relevant field.
• License-eligible in respective discipline preferred.
• Clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to create positive classroom environments.
• Develop school-wide mental health initiatives.
• Assist in the IEP process and build home-school partnerships.
• Ensure documentation compliance and monitor services.
