Job summary

Ozark Center's TRAILS program seeks a Residential Manager to ensure trauma-informed, person-centered services and to promote client independence. You will assess, plan, develop and coordinate recovery services while teaching staff to uphold the highest standards of care.

You will supervise staff, ensure proper documentation, address QA and clinical issues with the QMHP, and coordinate therapy as indicated in treatment plans, reporting to the Program Supervisor/QMHP.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, oversight and training with assigned staff to ensure best care practices and job competencies are understood and met.
• Ensure required documentation is completed correctly and within timelines to meet quality measures.
• Discuss QA and clinical issues with the Program Supervisor/QMHP.
• Serve as back-up to assigned staff when unavailable and provide additional expertise as needed.
• Prioritize and assist with management of client needs and supports.
• Coordinate individual/family/group therapy to the clients as required and indicated in the treatment plan.
