Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months full-time homemaker, certified nurse aide, or one year caring for ill individuals preferred.
• Completion of nursing arts training or CNA/Home Health Aide can substitute for qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are where they should be and record progress notes.
• Prepare and serve meals per established menu plans and timelines.
• Administer medications per MAR and physician orders.
