Job summary

Ozark Center's TRAILS program seeks a Residential Manager to ensure trauma-informed, person-centered services and to promote client independence. You will assess, plan, develop and coordinate recovery services while teaching staff to uphold the highest standards of care.

You will supervise staff, ensure proper documentation, address QA and clinical issues with the QMHP, and coordinate therapy as indicated in treatment plans, reporting to the Program Supervisor/QMHP.

The Residential Manager will ensure that services meet the standards of care as established by Ozark Center and State and Federal regulations. The Residential Manager will assess, plan, develop, and coordinate recovery services to promote the maximum level of independence with each client served.
