Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are where they should be and encourage activity participation.
• Prepare and serve meals per menu plans and timelines.
• Document medications per MAR and physician orders.
• Instruct clients in daily tasks per the IRTS program and treatment plan.
• Model coping strategies and facilitate social skills activities.
• Complete routine cleaning and other duties per policy; hand off issues to supervisor.
