Ozark Center is seeking a Residential Manager to supervise and train staff, ensure trauma-informed, person-centered services, and coordinate recovery plans aligned with state and federal standards. The role reports to the Program Supervisor/QMHP at TRAILS and requires strong leadership in care quality and documentation.

The Residential Manager is a mental health professional who is responsible for ensuring that individual services are delivered in a trauma informed and person-centered approach. The Residential Manager will ensure that services meet the standards of care as established by Ozark Center and State and Federal regulations. The Residential Manager will assess, plan, develop, and coordinate recovery services to promote the maximum level of independence with each client served. The Manager will teach and train staff to ensure that services are delivered with the highest standard of care. The Manager shall report directly to the Program Supervisor/QMHP at TRAILS.
