Job summary

Jewish Family Services Of Washtenaw County in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a PIRR Case Manager to deliver intensive, trauma-informed case management for newly arrived ORR clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or related field.
• 2+ years of case management or direct services experience with refugee/immigrant populations.
• Knowledge of community resources and public benefits navigation.
• Experience working with interpreters and across cultures; cultural humility.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with case management databases and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.
• Ability to lift furniture for move-ins/home visits.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resettlement core services with partners.
• Ensure PIRR requirements are met including intake, assessments, and documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered case management.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans with clear goals and timelines.
• Identify barriers and refer to internal and external services.
• Document in the agency's case management system with accuracy.
• Coordinate transportation and housing for clients.
• Provide client education on resettlement processes.
• Crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain a caseload up to 40 cases.
