Job summary

Commonwealth Catholic Charities is seeking a qualified resettlement caseworker to provide initial PIR services to ORR-eligible individuals, assisting with housing, transportation, benefits, and medical screenings as they transition to life in the United States.

You will coordinate with donors and community partners, document case notes, manage stipends, and ensure PIR contract requirements are met on time, while maintaining cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; three years related experience; bilingual in English and one of the listed languages.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial resettlement services to ORR-eligible individuals under PIR as part of PC program.
• Assist clients with housing, transportation, and essential needs.
• Help with applications for ongoing ORR and mainstream benefits.
• Orient clients to new community resources and services in the U.S.
• Document services and manage case files and expenditures to ensure compliance.
