Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Baton Rouge invites applications for a full-time Human Trafficking and Refugee Case Manager. You will provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive case management for ORR eligible refugees, conduct intake and assessments, and develop service plans to support recovery and integration.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong crisis intervention skills, and the ability to coordinate with community partners. Occasional weekend hours may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with trauma-informed care or refugee case management is preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Perform intake, assessment and eligibility determinations for clients.
• Provide ongoing culturally sensitive case management and advocacy.
• Data entry, file maintenance and reporting.
