Job summary

Catholic Charities Of The Archdiocese in Houston is seeking a Case Manager I to support refugees and families within our Refugee Resettlement program. You will conduct intakes, assess needs, create service plans, and coordinate referrals while maintaining accurate case notes.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of administrative or refugee-population experience, and a Texas driver’s license. Strong MS Office and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of administrative experience or within refugee populations.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility for program services and complete intakes.
• Create individualized service plans and provide identified services.
• Make necessary referrals within and outside the agency as needed.
• Maintain client files, update case notes, and calendar.
• Assist with outreach, training volunteers, and related duties.
