Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking a Case Manager I to support refugees through intake, assessment, and service planning within our resettlement program. You will maintain client files, coordinate referrals, provide orientations, and collaborate with volunteers, while upholding dignity and respect for all clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year experience in an administrative setting or with refugee populations.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assess client eligibility, complete intakes, and create service plans with referrals as needed.
• Maintain client files, update case notes, and track activities in agency systems.
• Assist with outreach, training volunteers and interns, and airport pickups.
