Job summary

The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) seeks a Case Management Supervisor to lead a team of case managers serving foreign national survivors of trafficking.

The role requires delivering culturally and linguistically appropriate services and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. Preferred office location is one of USCRI’s locations with anti-trafficking services; in-person presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Masters of Social Work or equivalent advanced degree with 3 years of progressive supervisory experience; or a BA with 5 years supervisory and case management experience.
• Experience providing case management to foreign national survivors of trafficking.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and policy/compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of case managers providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
• Coordinate and oversee case management for foreign national survivors of trafficking.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant in case records.
• Coordinate training and onboarding of new staff; provide ongoing supervision and support.
