Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related international or human service field with 1-3 years’ direct service to refugees and immigrants.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to maintain confidentiality; strong organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a challenging caseload of refugees, survivors of torture, and medically fragile clients.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and create individual service plans.
• Conduct trauma-informed screenings and assess clients periodically using evidence-based measures.
• Coordinate with refugee services and provide patient navigation, housing, health screening and benefits access.
• Document activities in client files and participate in trainings and programmatic calls.
