Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Caseworker for the Survivors of Torture (SOT) Program to provide comprehensive, client-centered case management. You will screen eligibility, enroll participants, and develop service plans while coordinating data collection and trainings.

Responsibilities include outreach to refugee-serving organizations, helping participants access community resources, and ensuring linguistically appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree Social Work or related field strongly preferred.
• Work experience: 2+ years in case management in social services.
• Language: fluent English; bilingual ability preferred; valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Certificates/licenses: fingerprint clearance card eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management to survivors of torture.
• Conduct outreach to inform service providers and refugee communities.
• Complete eligibility screenings and enrollment paperwork.
• Develop service and safety plans for participants.
• Coordinate data collection, trainings, and donor reporting.
