Prudence Crandall Center Inc. seeks a RRH Case Manager to provide rapid rehousing advocacy and trauma-informed case management for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

The role promotes Housing First, resilience, self-sufficiency, and safety planning to stabilize housing and increase income. Ideal candidates include bilingual Spanish/English professionals with at least two years of relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills, capable of independent work and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) candidates are strongly preferred.
• Two years' experience in client advocacy, counseling, supportive housing or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to navigate multiple systems including housing, health, employment, and government benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered, resiliency-focused services.
• Perform intake, assessments, and screenings for housing eligibility.
• Develop survivor-centered housing plans and monitor progress monthly.
• Support safety planning, income growth, and access to community services.
• Conduct home or community visits at least monthly with enrolled survivors.
• Coordinate with homeless service systems and partners to meet client needs.
• Assist with landlord mediation, leasing processes, and rights/responsibilities.
• Submit rental payment requests and maintain documentation.
• Support protective orders and emergency services as needed.
