DC Nonprofit is seeking a Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor to oversee the operational delivery of a trauma-informed program and provide clinical oversight, including weekly therapy and crisis intervention for participants at high risk of gun violence.

The role emphasizes program management, HIPAA compliance, supervision of a small team including interns, and collaboration with community partners and local agencies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling required.
• Licensed in DC (LICSW, LCPC, or LPC) in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of program management and clinical supervision experience with high-risk populations.
• Experience with homeless, behavioral health, reentry and marginalized groups.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Washington, DC’s social services landscape.
• Ongoing commitment to reducing gun violence and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations, manage budgets, and coordinate wrap-around services.
• Provide weekly individual therapy and periodic crisis intervention for participants.
• Review service plans and progress notes to ensure HIPAA compliance and ethical standards.
• Facilitate audits to ensure program and professional compliance.
• Clinically inform other programs and provide periodic trainings and resource reviews.
• Supervise and mentor a small team, including interns and junior therapists.
• Engage with community stakeholders and local government to improve outcomes.
