Qualifikationen

• Master's degree; 1+ years' experience providing mental health interventions.
• Familiar with trauma-informed care and serving underserved populations.
• LICSW/LPC preferred; DC licensure or eligibility beneficial.

• Assess clients for appropriate clinical interventions and referrals.
• Plan trauma-informed treatment and provide therapy to survivors of gun violence.
• Maintain clinical notes within 1 business day of intervention.
• Coordinate with care teams and external providers to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in weekly case reviews and provide supervision as needed.
• Support adherence to appointments and assist with care coordination.
