Job summary

WellPower in the Greater Denver Metro area seeks a Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team. You will oversee trauma-informed care, staff development, documentation, and budget management while coordinating community initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role supervises a new Forensic-ACT grant and court-facing teams, working with another Program Manager to support service connections for individuals in the Criminal

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or Psychologist license in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory and management experience preferred.
• Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred.
• Expertise in a Fee for Service model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care.
• Hold staff accountable for achieving service hour expectations, meeting performance metrics, and maintaining timely documentation and billing.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct timely evaluations and ongoing performance conversations, offering coaching and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure clinical documentation and case management services meet standards.
