Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Clinical Program Manager in Denver to lead daily behavioral health and supportive service operations. You will supervise staff, ensure program quality, and align services with trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models.

Required are a Master’s in social work or counseling, Colorado licensure, and management experience. The role involves collaboration with partners, budgeting, and Medicaid considerations within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Active license in Colorado without restrictions for at least two years.
• Two years of management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Active certification in basic life support or able to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises program staff.
• Provides clinical supervision and oversees day-to-day operations.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and funding requirements.
• Supports Trauma-Informed Care and recovery-oriented services.
• Manages data integrity in EHR/HMIS and reporting.
