Qualifikationen

• Active LCSW or LMFT license in CA and good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience.
• Minimum 3 years of program management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising teams.
• Knowledge of diagnosis, terminology, and charting standards.
• Extensive experience with behavioral health services, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
• Experience with program implementation/design and project management.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience serving low-income or unhoused individuals or families.
• Deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within a complex organization.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical oversight and direct supervision for supervisors and therapists, ensuring compliance and serving as backup supervisor as needed.
• Offer trauma-informed clinical consultation for complex cases and maintain organizational documentation and forms.
• Lead growth initiatives, including collaboration to design and launch Medi-Cal billing pathways for CBHS.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, staff development, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Represent CBHS to external partners and funders to strengthen relationships and community collaboration.
• Manage grant compliance, program reporting, and support grant proposals with Development.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and evaluation teams to steward the program budget, Salesforce data workflows, and quality standards.
