Integral Care is seeking a Program Manager to oversee service delivery and team operations, delivering recovery-focused, person-centered care through a trauma-informed approach. The role includes direct supervision, staff development, and program growth initiatives, with potential caseload and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, a current driver's license, and preferred LPC/LCSW/LMFT credentials. Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist or LMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery, team operations, and care provision.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, feedback, and evaluation of staff.
• Develop strategies to support program growth, efficiency, and budget goals.
• Lead programs, clinics, and personnel; may carry an individual caseload.
• May require on-call responsibilities depending on unit protocols.
