Job summary

New Star Family Center is seeking an Operations and Program Manager to lead the Operations Department, guide staff and interns, and align operations with our mission. You will drive efficiency, quality, and collaboration across programs while reporting to the Executive Director.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in nonprofit operations, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field.
• 5 years of non‑profit experience in domestic violence and victim services.
• 5 years of management experience in establishing program operations excellence.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational functions to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.
• Supervise and support program staff, interns, and operations personnel.
• Coordinate cross‑program workflows to promote consistency and collaboration.
• Support staff wellness and a trauma‑informed workplace culture.
• Oversee administrative systems, technology platforms, and databases.
