Victory Programs Inc. is seeking a Supportive Services Manager to lead the daily operation of the Boston Living Center, ensuring trauma-informed social services, centralized resources, and a therapeutic milieu for vulnerable populations.

You will supervise staff, shape service delivery, and maintain data integrity while coordinating across departments to ensure high-quality, dignified services. The role focuses on program management, policy development, staff development, and joint case

Qualifications

• Masters in social work, human services, healthcare, or related fields.
• 3–4 years designing, managing, and delivering human, housing, benefits navigation, and healthcare services to high acuity populations.
• Demonstrated leadership, tactful communication, conflict resolution, and inclusive engagement in dynamic settings.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; strong writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, train and evaluate direct service staff including three case managers and a Peer Recovery and Reentry Specialist.
• Oversee development and implementation of social, clinical, and housing services with individualized service plans.
• Develop and implement staff training, manage schedules, ensure coverage and high-quality services.
• Oversee intake, eligibility, orientation, and navigation support for new members.
• Maintain accurate data, notes, files, and reports in compliance with requirements.
