Job summary

Exodus Refugee Immigration is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, culturally aware case management for vulnerable clients. You will assess needs, create client plans, and coach through program closure, maintaining regular client contact and advocating for needed services.

Position specializes in humanitarian immigrants with intensive needs, typically 6–12 months of support, reporting to the Manager of Intensive Client Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in nonprofits or social services preferred.
• Digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Valid vehicle and auto insurance for client transport.
• Self-starter with strong organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered case management to Exodus clients.
• Assist clients in accessing social services, education, childcare, employment, and medical services.
• Coordinate with supervisors and partners to address barriers and goals.
• Maintain client records and document services provided.
• Ensure interpretation is provided when needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in trainings as required.
