The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–4 years’ refugee experience, and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3-4 years’ experience with refugees or immigrants and case management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services to newcomers.
• Develop individualized service plans and assist with accessing resources.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Advocate for clients with local providers and community agencies.
• Maintain accurate case files and data entry in compliance with requirements.
• Travel regularly within the service area for home visits and meetings.
• Participate in team meetings and staff development activities.
