The position requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with preference for experience in refugee or immigrant services and cross-cultural work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work or related field.
• Two years of case management or closely related social services experience preferred.
• Three years of refugee or immigrant service experience preferred.
• Cross-cultural or international experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed intensive case management and direct services.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop goal-oriented self-sufficiency plans.
• Coordinate services and referrals, ensuring linguistic and cultural appropriateness.
• Maintain confidential case files and timely documentation.
