Job summary

House of Mercy Inc. seeks a Manager of Programs to lead housing and case management for clients facing homelessness and HIV/AIDS. You will supervise staff, manage operations, and foster partnerships with housing providers, healthcare organizations, and social services.

The role emphasizes data-driven outcomes, trauma-informed care, and compassionate leadership to promote housing stability and well-being for clients. You will report on program performance and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and managing housing or community programs.
• Knowledge of homelessness, HIV/AIDS, trauma-informed care, and client-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing and case management services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and HIV/AIDS.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate program staff.
• Coordinate client intake, housing placements, service planning, referrals, and follow-up.
• Ensure access to healthcare, behavioral health services, benefits, transportation, and resources.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, staffing, and resources; report to CEO.
• Develop data collection, reporting processes, and outcome measurement.
• Represent the organization at meetings and events and ensure compliance with HUD/HOPWA/ Ryan White.
