Qualifications

• Associate's degree and at least 2 years of direct life experience working with long-term homeless populations and diverse groups.
• Ability to perform crisis intervention as needed and maintain guest-focused, trauma-informed service delivery.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Fluency in Spanish is of significant value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Emergency Shelter Program to ensure a guest-centered, housing-focused operation and data integrity.
• Coordinate services with internal teams and partner agencies to align housing goals.
• Supervise staff including navigation and outreach teams; manage onboarding and staff development.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships, manage program budgets, and attend coordination meetings.
• Coordinate volunteers, events, and special activities; provide crisis/conflict intervention when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain positive relationships with neighbors and stakeholders.
