Job summary

Just Compassion of East Washington County seeks a Housing Case Manager to provide comprehensive housing-focused case management for households facing instability. You will assist with housing search, coordinate financial assistance, and support ongoing stabilization to promote long-term housing success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive participant information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and client databases (HMIS preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides housing navigation and placement support to individuals and families.
• Coordinates financial assistance in line with HRSN requirements.
• Delivers ongoing case management to promote housing retention and stability.
• Engages landlords and providers to secure housing placements.
• Advocates for participants in lease processes and renter rights education.
• Maintains accurate case notes and documentation in HMIS or required systems.
• Tracks housing outcomes and participant progress for program reporting.
