Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through StepStone Family & Youth Services, seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to support placement stability and emotional wellbeing for youth in care. You will work with foster families, biological families, schools, and providers to develop care plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Two years' experience working with children and families.
• Graduate degree may be substituted with five years' placing agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management, individual and family counseling, and staff training.
• Maintain weekly contact with foster families, children, and bio-families.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans for youth.
• Coordinate training, home studies, and evaluation of foster parents.
• Prepare written treatment plans and progress reports.
• Attend court hearings and treatment planning meetings.
• Maintain flexibility with weekend/holiday work.
