StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support youth and foster families with trauma-informed, strengths-based, and family-centered practices.

The role involves coordinating care among foster and biological families, schools, and treatment teams to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes for youth in foster care placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Two years' experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services and family counseling.
• Maintain weekly contact with foster families and bio-families.
• Develop individual treatment plans within 21 days of placement.
• Coordinate with schools, treatment teams, and community providers.
