Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to support trauma-informed, youth-centered services for children and families in the foster system. You will coordinate services, conduct counseling, and help with individualized planning to promote safety and permanency.

The role requires collaboration with foster and biological families, schools, and treatment teams, plus strong organizational and communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Two years' experience working with children and families.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted by five years' experience with a placing agency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services under supervision of the Program Manager.
• Provide individual and family counseling and training; supervise foster families.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans for children and families.
• Maintain weekly contact with foster families, children, and bio-families; monitor progress.
• Assist with training, home studies, and evaluation of foster parents.
• Use standardized tools to measure social and emotional progress and prepare reports.
