Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services seeks a compassionate Foster Care Case Manager to support children and families through trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. You will coordinate services, conduct visits, develop case plans, document progress, and collaborate with foster parents, biological families, schools, and community partners to promote safety, permanency, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Two years’ experience working with children and families. A graduate degree or five years with a placing agency may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor services for children in care.
• Conduct regular home and client visits and maintain documentation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports.
• Collaborate with foster parents, bio-families, schools, and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and state regulations.
