Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Two years' experience working with children and families; a graduate degree can substitute with five years' experience at a placing agency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services, individual and family counseling, and training.
• Maintain weekly contact with foster families, children, and biological families.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans within required timelines.
• Coordinate with schools, treatment teams, and community providers for placement stability.
• Prepare progress reports and treatment plans with clear milestones.
• Attend court hearings and treatment planning meetings as required.
