Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a motivated Foster Care Case Manager to support youth and families in foster care through trauma-informed, strengths-based, family-centered practices.

You will coordinate services with families, schools, and providers, develop treatment plans, and advocate for placement stability and emotional well-being. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field required.
• Two years’ experience working with children and families; or five years with a placing agency in lieu of a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management services, individual and family counseling, and supervise foster families.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans for troubled children and their families.
• Maintain weekly contact with foster families, children, and bio-families; monitor progress.
