Job summary

Community Health Resources is seeking a Therapist for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week, with Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm, in a 24/7 crisis stabilization program that emphasizes trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a related field and licensure such as LMSW/LPC‑A/LMFT‑A, with experience in trauma, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field required.
• Experience with trauma, mental illness, substance use disorders preferred.
• Licensure: LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required; LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Licensed Psychologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment interventions per program model.
• Conduct clinical and risk assessments.
• Create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain client and staff records per agency policy.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
