Qualifications

• Lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use conditions.
• 2+ years working with identified populations; CPSRP preferred.
• CPSRP Certification or Recovery Coach CCAR certification required or to be obtained within 6 months; valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in identifying and advocating their recovery goals.
• Conducts program assessments and creates individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Provides crisis intervention or de-escalation as needed; offers case management.
• Maintains documentation and participates in staff meetings and trainings.
