We seek a Clinical Workforce Educator to coach clinical staff, deliver evidence-based health coaching, and support staff development aligned with trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices. The Educator will collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer, Program Directors, and Hiring Managers to implement competency-based training goals and to enhance care quality across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or preferred in education, social work, public health, or related field.
• Active licensure required (LMHC/LICSW).
• 3–5 years of experience in substance use treatment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience.
• Experience developing trainings and adapting curricula using evidence-based approaches.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders, trauma, homelessness preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Must obtain Safety Care certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to support competency-based training goals (evidence-based practice, person-centered care planning, cultural humility, trauma-informed care, integrated care, health and safety).
• Provide hands-on, one-to-one, and small group coaching, training, and support in the milieu.
• Deliver in-person training and coaching on de-escalation and crisis response using trauma-informed safety protocols.
• Support all program sites with clinical skill and curriculum implementation.
• Work across departments to ensure integrated care quality standards for patients in treatment.
• Document coaching work and provide regular feedback with differentiated coaching strategies.
• Develop Peer Leadership Training Academy curricula, client manuals, and leadership training plans.
• Develop training plans for peer leaders to deliver peer-facilitated educational groups.
