The Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the BSAS-C Conexiones department will supervise therapists across residential and acute treatment programs, ensure quality and compliance, and support crisis response. The role emphasizes culturally responsive care, Spanish-speaking clients, and collaboration with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services field required.
• LICSW/LMHC/LADC1 license with 3 years supervising interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, support, and mentorship to therapists across residential and acute treatment programs.
• Oversee and coordinate therapeutic functions, services, and workflows of clinical staff to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
• Monitor treatment planning, clinical documentation, and progress notes for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with program leadership to integrate clinical services with overall program goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for clinical staff.
• Promote culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, with attention to Spanish-speaking clients.
