Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Boston and the Merrimack Valley seeks a Clinical Workforce Educator to coach clinical staff, deliver evidence‑based health coaching, and lead professional development across programs. The role emphasizes trauma‑informed care, inclusive practices, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will design trainings, supervise staff, implement curricula aligned with CARF/BSAS/MassHealth, and support program sites. Hybrid work with some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
• Active LMHC or LICSW licensure required.
• 3–5 years of experience in substance use treatment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience.
• Experience developing trainings and adapting curricula using evidence-based approaches.
• Experience with expressive therapies preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set competency-based training goals.
• Provide hands-on coaching and training in clinical settings.
• Support program sites with curriculum implementation.
• Lead trauma-informed, recovery-oriented peer leadership training.
• Coordinate trainings and ensure regulatory standards compliance.
• Document coaching with feedback and tailored strategies.
• Provide 8 hours of clinical support to outpatient programs.
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends.
