Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the BSAS-C - Conexiones department. This salaried role oversees clinical services across residential and acute treatment programs and ensures compliance, quality, and culturally responsive care.

You will provide direct supervision to therapists, guide treatment planning, supervision, and crises response, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and policy development, with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, addiction counseling, or related field.
  • LICSW, LMHC, or LADC1 licensure with 3+ years supervision experience in SUD settings.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Strong documentation and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists within the BSAS-C - Conexiones residential and acute treatment programs.
  • Oversee therapeutic functions, services, and workflows of assigned clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Monitor treatment planning and clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Align clinical interventions with evidence-based practices, program models, and individual goals.
  • Conduct regular individual and group supervision, reviewing cases and guiding treatment strategies.
  • Support therapists in managing crises and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to integrate clinical services with overall program goals.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for clinical staff.
  • Promote culturally responsive and trauma-informed care for Spanish-speaking clients and families.
  • Assist in developing and updating clinical policies to meet licensing and funding requirements.
  • Review and analyze outcomes to identify trends and staff development opportunities.
  • Provide occasional direct clinical services as needed (assessments, crisis evaluations, consultations).
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
