La Casa Norte seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership for Behavioral Health and supportive services. You will supervise pre-licensed clinicians and staff, ensure trauma-informed care, and uphold HIPAA-compliant documentation and risk management.

The role emphasizes program development, staff support, and collaboration with housing, medical, and community partners to expand equitable access to mental health services.

Competenze

• Master's degree in social work or counseling with clinical certification (LCSW or LCPC) required.
• Experience with homelessness, trauma, or substance use preferred.
• Ability to pass a DCFS background check.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support for complex cases and high-risk clients.
• Lead trauma-informed, culturally responsive interventions and supervise staff.
• Oversee documentation, risk management, and treatment planning compliance.
• Collaborate with housing, medical, and case management teams for integrated care.
